The IPA (Indigenous Political Authority) was created by the Jurist Council of the Aboriginal Republic of North America with Dr Amaru Namaa Taga Xi Ali Muhammad as the lead jurist. IPA and the IPPP was created because our people need a NEW politics, one rooted is a specific focus on OUR issues. No, the benefits are different for being a national of ARNA and IPA member. You still get the protections under international law but you don't get the tax exemption status as IPA member like you would as a ARNA National. If you still would like to get more clarity be sure to reach out to a Tribal Clerk for Hawab DFW.
Yes, there are local jurisdiction classes that are recorded and are bi-weekly. You will be able to access the previous classes by making donations monthly to the Hawab DFW.
There is a Rites Of Passage for ARNA but not for the IPA.
ARNA is the nation states and has a governing constitution based on natural law. IPA is a human rights institution that operates as a body politic and the constitution that is based on the UN declaration rights of indigenous peoples.
